ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) Safe Wire Trolleys are manufactured from steel with a hard-wearing polished chrome plated finish and fitted with conductive collars, metal base plates, conductive feet, or anti-static castors making them static safe.

Intense heat from ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) can melt or vaporize the small parts within the device, causing it to stop working or significantly shorten the device's lifetime. These ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) wire chrome trolleys are hygienic and easy to clean and the open-wire design allows for excellent airflow and light penetration and is widely used in the electronics industry.

ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safe wire trolleys are supplied with 2 or 3 tiers with shelves adjustable at 25mm increments and each tier has 4 Conductive Collars. These ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) wire chrome trolleys have a maximum weight loading of 210kg and are fully mobile fitted with 4 x 100mm Anti-Static castors (2 with brakes). They are quick and easy to assemble - bolt-free and no specialist tools are required.
