This Lightweight Aluminum Stairclimber Truck has a star-wheel configuration, which makes for easy transportation up and down stairs. It also has knuckle guard hand grips, wheel guards, and plastic-guard skids.

This Lightweight Aluminum Stair climbing hand truck is ligher than a tubular stairclimer and has a fixed toe plates 300 x 210mm and 150mm rubber tyred wheels. The max load on stairs is 60 kg, and the max load as a truck is 150 kg. Some assembly is required.
