Speed Ramps are a proven speed bumps safety system of speed reduction in sensitive areas such as weighbridges, bends, entrances and exits to depots, road junctions, loading bays, schools, car parks, sporting venues etc. Speed bumps or sleeping policeman have a surface tread which ensures grip even when wet. They are very effective in slowing down vehicles and suitable for day to day traffic and HGV's.

Speed bumps also known as sleeping policeman are manufactured from synthetic rubber in yellow and black sections with recessed "Cats Eyes" they are highly visible day or night. and easily installed using the bolts supplied. Where there is heavy traffic use or regular HGV use we recommend reinforcing the ramp with steel tube, which will also help in aligning the speed ramp. Speed ramps are available in two sizes 70mm high for 5mph and 50mm high for 10mph traffic

These sleeping policeman are an effective way of ensuring speed reduction and have contrasting colours and reflectors for visibility day & night. They can be easily adjusted to suit your site conditions. Manufactured from rubber the straight sections are available in black or yellow with the end sections in yellow only. Highly suitable for permanent and temporary installations. Fixing bolts 12/100mm are included. Delivered free in 5/10 working days
