TS Longspan Heavy Duty Racking has a unique fit between the upright and claw giving our longspan racking incredible strength and rigidity along with our heavy duty "Z profile" beam which ensures it will meet the most rigorous demands. The chipboard decking makes it most suitable for general heavy-duty storage in stores or warehouses.

The standard bay is supplied with 3 levels and all levels of this longspan racking have heavy-duty deck supports as standard, this ensures the chipboard decking carries the same load as the beams. The unique deck support slots into the beam which also eliminates the beam from spreading or rotating. The standard height is 1984mm but we can also supply heights of 2492, 3000, 3508 & 4016mm on request.

The extremely strong heavy-duty "Z" Profile beam design offers capacities up to 1200kg and each chipboard decking level includes deck supports to match the beam capacities.

3 x Beam Levels

Frame includes 2 x upright with all necessary bracing and fixings, assembly is required.
Beam levels includes 2 x beams, chipboard decking and all necessary deck supports and safety pins.
